commitment is centered on quality and is based on the
participation of all of our employees striving for long-term
success. TQM is a philosophy for practicing 'quality
assurance' using accepted industry quality policies and
procedures. TQM as practiced by Elite Electronics enables
us to cost-effectively and efficiently meet the needs and
expectations of our customers and strategic suppliers without
compromising our ethical values. Elite Electronics has
based our Quality Assurance Program on MIL-Q-9858 and
MIL-I-45208 as adapted to and superseded by ISO-9001:2000
Standards.
